摘要

PURPOSE: A high strength abrasion-resistance steel plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the degradation of interfacial property as combining catalyst is evaporated by during, and to improve combining strength of a surface reforming layer by reducing the generation of pores formed on the surface reforming layer.;CONSTITUTION: A high strength abrasion-resistance steel plate comprises a steel plate, a surface reforming layer, and an evaporable combining catalyst. The surface reforming layer is composed of fine solid powder and binder powder. The fine solid powder includes at least one of WC, TiC, TiO2, Al2O3, and SiO2 having 300-500μm of particle size. The binder powder combines the fine solid powder on the steel plate. The evaporable combining catalyst is penetrated between the fine solid powder and binder powder to remove the pores between powders and evaporates with drying. The high strength abrasion-resistance steel plate contains 10-15wt.% of the evaporable combining catalyst.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
