A communication unit(110) receives the cash usage log information and card usage log information of the client terminal. An information recognition unit(112) acquires receipt information by recognizing the card usage receipt and a cash usage receipt for the client terminal. A control unit(104) collects the card usage log information, the cash usage log information, and the receipt information.
