PURPOSE: A device for inspecting a molded product is provided to grasp a changed state of a molding condition by confirming the generation of residual stress caused by a fluid flow generated in a product through a double refraction inspection of a transparent molded product.;CONSTITUTION: A device for inspecting a molded product comprises a base unit(10), a moving guide member, a first transferring unit(20), a second transferring unit(30), a vertical moving member, and a jig unit(40). A position of the moving guide member is adjustable in an X-axis direction with respect to the base unit. One end of a molded product(100) is fixed. The first transferring unit moves to the X-axis direction with respect to the base unit. The second transferring unit is provided to the first transferring unit and moves in a Y-axis direction. The vertical moving member is provided to the second transferring unit and moves in a Z-axis direction. An inspection device is attached in the vertical moving member. The jig unit is installed in the base unit. The other end of the molded product is fixed in the jig unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
