PURPOSE: A content focused service providing system using ultra peers and method thereof are provided to suitably distribute traffic in wireless environment by receiving content location information.;CONSTITUTION: A content storage unit(110) receives content from an end terminal. The content storage unit searches content corresponding to the received content name. A content request collecting unit(150) receives content location providing messages from a P2P(Peer to Peer) management server. The content request collecting unit requests the content to the service providing apparatus of the message. A content name creation unit(120) creates the name for the content of the end terminal.
