PURPOSE: A card payment relay system and method based on personal mobile phone numbers are provided to protect user's credit card information by linking credit cards with mobile phone numbers through an additional authentication process.;CONSTITUTION: A card register(210) links credit card information with the ID number of a mobile phone and registers the associated information with the ID number of a user. A user authenticator(220) receives the ID number of the mobile phone given by the user, transmits connection information for user authentication to the mobile phone in case of the registered ID number, and authenticates the user by comparing the user ID number with the ID number input by the user on a web page corresponding to the connection information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
