PURPOSE: A mission charging system using a location based service and charging method using the same are provided to charge advertisement costs to advertisement clients according to the number of mission execution authenticated by a mission authentication unit. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(110) controls the transmission and reception of data and various signals. A mission creation unit(120) creates predetermined missions which are able to be executed in a specific location according to the request of an advertisement client(200). A mission authentication unit(130) determines the execution of the mission in the specific location. The mission authentication unit authenticates the execution of the mission for a user who transmits a mission execution authentication request signal. A charging unit(140) charges the predetermined cost to the advertisement client according to the number of the authenticated mission execution.
