PURPOSE: A method for identifying Clostridium perfringens and Campylobacter jejuni is provided to enhance sensitivity and to enable type identification. CONSTITUTION: A PNA(peptide nucleic acid) probe contains a base sequence of sequence number 1. The probe specifically binds to a gene of ITS(internal transcribed spacer) site of Clostridium perfringens. A PNA array chip contains the PNA probe. A method for identifying the anaerobic food poisoning food bacteria comprises: a step of adding a reaction sample containing a target DNA to PNA array chip containing the probe; a step of hybridizing the PNA probe and target DNA; and a step of detecting a signal by hybridization.
