CONSTITUTION: A device for reducing a concrete temperature difference using pipe cooling technology when concrete is cured comprises a main water tub(100), pipes(120), hoses(300), an auxiliary water tub(700), supply pipes(710), and a control unit(600). The main water tub stores cooling water. The pipes are connected to the main tub through a concrete structure. The stored cooling water is supplied to the inside the pipes, and the internal temperature of the concrete structure is reduced. The auxiliary water tub stores heating water. The supply pipes are connected to the auxiliary water tub and supplies the heating water to the outer surface of the concrete structure when the internal temperature of the concrete structure is less than a set specific temperature.
