摘要

PURPOSE: A method for quantitatively analyzing a tissue blood flow velocity using propagation analysis of a dynamical pattern of a contrast medium within a blood vessel is provided to quantitatively and rapidly measure a blood flow velocity by using dynamical information without the dependence of waveforms of a dynamics. CONSTITUTION: A dynamical pattern becomes standardized so that each pixel or voxel are compared in a state that two or three dimensional images having the dynamical pattern per each pixel or voxel are given(S40). The time difference with peripheral pixels or voxel is calculated for each pixel or voxel(S50). Representative propagation time is selected from the time difference(S60). A blood flow velocity of the pixel or the voxel is calculated by using the representative propagation time(S70). A blood flow map is created by expressing a calculated blood flow velocity value of the pixel or voxel in conversion images(S80).
