SYSTEM OF SEARCHING SIMILAR WEATHER MAP BY PRINCIPLE COMPONENT ANALYSIS AND THE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A similar weather map searching system based on a PCA(Principle Component Analysis) and a method thereof are provided to enable common people to easily predict weather conditions according to a searched weather map. CONSTITUTION: A past weather map database(210) stores weather-related elements about a specific area on a map among past weather map data as digital data. A basis weather map generating unit(220) generates a basis weather map matrix by calculating an eigenvector from the data according to the weather-related elements based on a PCA. A decomposition matrix calculating unit(240) calculates a decomposition matrix for calculating an encoding matrix calculation of a search target weather map from the basis weather map.
