MAIN PUMP FOR A MINI EXCAVATOR HAVING A REGULATOR FOR MINIMUM FLOW DISCHARGING USING AUTO IDLE PRESSURE SIGNAL TO PREVENT WASTE FUEL CONSUMPTION

PURPOSE: A main pump for a mini excavator having a regulator for minimum flow discharging using auto idle pressure signal is provided to prevent waste fuel consumption by installing a regulator for minimum flow discharging for reducing the tilting angle of a main pump.;CONSTITUTION: A main pump for a mini excavator having a regulator for minimum flow discharging using auto idle pressure signal comprises a main pump(110), a main control valve, and a regulator(120). The regulator is composed of an auto idle piston(122) and a spring(123). The auto idle piston is installed to be connected to a swash plate(115). The spring offers elastic force to the auto idle piston. The pressure of the auto idle is applied to the spring(F1) and the elastic force of the spring is applied to the auto idle piston(F2). When the force of F1 is stronger than F1, the tilting angle of the swash plate is reduced to reduce the flow quantity discharged from the main pump.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
