ACTIVATED CARBON-CONTACT MEDIA FOR ADSORBING AND RESOLVING ORGANIC MATTER AND WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR PURIFYING NON-POINT SOURCE OF CONTAMINANT USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An activated carbon contacting media for absorption-decomposing organic materials and a water treating apparatus for purifying non-point pollutants using the same are provided to facilitate the decomposition of organic materials and to stabilize the growth of microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: Shaped activated particles(1) and meltable fiber materials(2) are mixed and introduced into a model, and the mixture is heated to 100-300 degrees Celsius in order to obtain activated carbon contacting media. The fiber materials are polyether or polyester. The activated carbon contacting media are shaped into carriers or sheets. An adhesive resin is further prepared. The adhesive resin is one of acryl, epoxy, vinyl acetate, or PVC.
