PURPOSE: A map display changing device and a method thereof are provided to display a map which a user wants on a suitable position for the user by changing a display position of the map on a dual view screen according to the request of the user.;CONSTITUTION: A map display unit(110) displays a map on a screen. A map display changing unit(130) changes a position of the map, a screen, and a display mode according to an input of a user. The map display unit generates a mini map on a part of the screen and displays separate maps on the mini map and on the screen. If the mini map is moved to the outside of the screen according to the input of the user, the map display changing unit displays the map displayed on the screen and the map displayed on the mini map by dividing the screen in half.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
