PURPOSE: Cotton sugar easily dissolving in iced drink, a producing method thereof, and iced coffee using thereof are provided to adjust the temperature range applied to a cotton sugar producing device for thinly producing the cotton sugar. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of cotton sugar easily dissolving in iced drink comprises the following steps: mixing sugar(111) with food additives(112) including propylene glycol; inserting the obtained mixture into a cotton sugar producing device(121); changing the property of the sugar by applying the optimal temperature for producing the cotton sugar(122); compressing the cotton sugar into the desired shape; inserting the compressed cotton sugar into a packaging container(136); radiating ions(138) generated from an ionizer to the cotton sugar; and removing static electricity from the cotton sugar, and sealing the packaging container.
