PURPOSE: A drainage apparatus for preventing water leakage on a rooftop floor and a construction method using the same are provided to prevent water leakage by efficiently discharging water caused by dew condensation through a drain member. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a drainage apparatus for preventing water leakage on a rooftop floor is as follows. Concrete placed in an insulation material(11) among reinforcement materials(10) loaded on a rooftop floor is crushed. A drain member(100) having a double structure is inserted into the insulation material. A gravel layer is formed on the top of the drain member. A nonwoven fabric is spread on the top of the gravel layer. Protective mortar is spread on the top of the gravel layer and the nonwoven fabric.
