PURPOSE: A display filter for preventing dew condensation and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent dews at a hot region with high humidity.;CONSTITUTION: A hydrophobic resin layer(120) is coated on a substrate(110). The hydrophobic resin layer is made of hydrophobic resins or resins to which hydrophobic additives are added. The hydrophobic resins are fluorine group compounds. The hydrophobic additives make layers on surfaces of the resins. The thickness of the hydrophobic resin layer is 10 ~ 30 micrometers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
