EVALUATION SYSTEM OF URBAN RENAISSANCE AND THE EVALUATION METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A system for simulating a shopping center development urban restoration technique with a landowner as the center and a suitability evaluating method for the same are provided to maximize the efficiency of urban restoration by reasonably suggesting various cultural facilities matched with community characters. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal system(100) transmits information about a landowner-oriented information test file to an authentication server(210) of an urban restoration authentication system(200) through a WDSL(Web Service Description Language) provided from the urban restoration authentication system. The urban restoration authentication system evaluates suitability by extracting the information about the landowner-oriented information test file. The urban restoration authentication system suggests base facilities and theme business type information according to the evaluation result.
