PURPOSE: Emotion evaluation and an expression system based on cognition of a robot are provided to express emotions of a robot contextually because an emotional state is evaluated by using contexts of the past and present.;CONSTITUTION: Emotion evaluation and an expression system comprises a sensing unit(100), an action unit(200), a memorizing unit(300), and an inference management unit(400). The sensing unit senses the external information of a robot. The action unit operates the robot. The memorizing unit records memories about emotions of the robot according to each object to be sensed.
