PURPOSE: A mobile robot using an anisotropic ultrasonic sensor and a non-directional infrared transmitter and a charge system using the same are provided to easily synchronizing a mobile robot regardless of a direction of the mobile robot because an infrared transmitter has light-oriented characteristics of 180 degrees and restricted anisotropic characteristics of 30-60 degrees.;CONSTITUTION: A mobile robot(10) comprises an anisotropic ultrasonic sensor(11) and a receiving anisotropic ultrasonic sensor(12). The anisotropic ultrasonic sensor transmits non-directional infrared trigger signals having a specific code at regular intervals of time. The receiving anisotropic ultrasonic sensor receives ultrasonic signals. The anisotropic ultrasonic sensor comprises a light emitter and a reflector. The light emitter outputs infrared lights.
