PURPOSE: A light emitting pattern display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the legibility of a light emitting pattern by forming the light emitting pattern on a surface of a substrate.;CONSTITUTION: A haze portion(110) is formed one or more surfaces of a substrate(11). The haze portion reduces the transparency of the substrate by half. A pattern portion(120) is formed on a surface of the substrate. The pattern portion has an intaglio pattern or an embossed pattern exposing the substrate. The pattern portion is composed of a light interruption substance.
