PURPOSE: A quality measurement system of a macro cell using a femto cell and method thereof are provided to manage quality and errors of a macro cell by utilizing the femto cell.;CONSTITUTION: A femto cell base station locates in a macro cell area. The femto cell base station measures the identification information and quality information of the macro cell. A femto cell gateway(300) interworks with a quality measurement server and the femto base station. The femto cell gateway transmits the quality information of the macro cell measured from the femto base station to the quality measurement server.
