SYSTEM FOR SELECTING EMOTIONAL MUSIC IN VEHICLE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An emotional song selecting system in a car and a method thereof are provided to automatically select and supply the best song to a driver in consideration of external environment information, internal environment information, driving environment information, and driver condition information. CONSTITUTION: An information collecting unit(100) collects driving information of a car, internal/external environment information, and driver condition information. A control unit(500) matches a song that a driver selects with information collected from the information collecting unit. The control unit stores the matched song. The control unit classifies categories according to a condition similar to information matched with each sound that the driver selects and stores the selected song. If the selected song is reproduced, the control unit continuously reproduces the selected song right after other songs in a category which includes the selected song. A storage unit(600) stores songs which are classified according to a category.
