PURPOSE: An ontology deduction based work distribution scheduling system in a distributed parallel bio-information authentication system and a method thereof are provided to perform an ontology knowledge deduction by applying ontology, thereby applying new knowledge obtained through the deduction to work distribution scheduling. CONSTITUTION: A work distribution managing unit(110) requests an ontology knowledge deduction. An ontology knowledge managing unit(120) performs the ontology knowledge deduction based on information related to performance of a distributed parallel bio-information authentication system and knowledge of the distributed parallel bio-information authentication system. The ontology knowledge managing unit selects a candidate group about a bio-information authentication processing device.
