PURPOSE: A safety opening and closing device for a valve is provided to increase rotating force in the opening and closing of a valve and to extend the life of the valve.;CONSTITUTION: A safety opening and closing device(100) for a valve comprises a support(110), a planet gear unit(120), and a rotary carrier(140). The valve comprises a body(12) and a stem(16). The support is a vertical cylindrical shape and is thread coupled at the top of the body to insert the stem in the support. The planet gear unit is mounted on the support and increases rotating force in opening and closing operation. The planet gear unit idles if it is more rotated to the opened side or closed side after the opening or closing operation is completed. While the rotary carrier is connected to the planet gear unit and the stem, the stem is operated by the operation of the planet gear unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
