摘要

PURPOSE: A super fiber round sling for a lifetime self-check is provided to accurately determine a service limit point by the existence of a fracture and a permanent elongation rate, thereby coping with accidents generated by a cut round sling.;CONSTITUTION: A super fiber round sling for a lifetime self-check comprises an inspection member. The inspection member joins a jacket(400) to an outer side of the round sling, thereby lifting loads. The round sling is formed by winding a core material(100) for intensity several times and connecting the ends each other. The inspection member determines the damage existence of the round sling in the inside of the core material. The inspection member is made of an optical fiber to be corresponded to a fracture elongation rate of the core material. Both end parts of the optical fiber are projected to the outside of the round sling. Lights are transmitted through both end parts of the optical fiber so that the damage existence of the round sling according to the existence of the lights and a transmission amount of the lights is grasped.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
