PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of high intensity hollow fiber separating membrane and a high intensity hollow fiber separating membrane manufactured from the same are provided to use the high intensity hollow fiber separating membrane as a organic flocculant component, thereby realizing the water processing. CONSTITUTION: An organic flocculant for water processing includes a PAICS(Poly Aluminum Iron Chloro Sulfate). The organic flocculant for water processing is displayed by a chemical formula 1. The chemical formula 1 is Al2Fex(OH)yClz(SO4)i. The x, y, z and i satisfy 0.9=x=1.3, 2.4=y=2.7, 5.7=z=7.2 and 0i=0.3. The organic flocculant for water processing includes Al2O3 15~20 weight% and Fe 0.8~1.7 weight%. The organic flocculant for water processing includes basicity of 40~50 weight%.
