Mural tile and the manufacture method that use digital printer and epoxy

PURPOSE: A wall painting tile and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve color representation and transparency by using an environmentally-friendly dye ink and an epoxy. CONSTITUTION: A one is selected among a timber, bimetal, MDF, PS board, foamex, acryl, pyrex glass, building stone, ceramics, and gypsum boards as the board material of a wall painting tile. The selected board material is cut to a various size according to the size of an area which is required to construct. The photograph, illustration, a pattern, a character, a logo, a trademark are selected. The image is printed to an image sheet(3) from an offset printer or a digital printer. An image sheet is sticked after spreading an adhesive on the selected board material. An epoxy is poured on the image sheet adhered to the board material. The epoxy layer is molded into a bulge film shape. A first natural drying procedure is executed. It is secondly dried in an artificial dryer. An UV coating layer is formed on the epoxy.
