PURPOSE: Composite perovskite system ceramics and films with excellent multiferroic properties and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance an electrical and a magnetic properties by employing a tetragonal perovskite system material in BFO(BiFeO3) which has a rhombohedral crystalline. CONSTITUTION: Composite perovskite system ceramics has a fundamental structure as (1-X)BiFeO3 + (X)A(Cu1/3Nb2/3)O3, where X has a range from 0.01 to 0.4, A indicates one or more than one type of elements selecting from barium(Ba), strontium(Sr), and calcium(Ca), and A(Cu1/3Nb1/3) O3 has a square crystal structure. The ceramics has multiferroic properties. A manufacturing method of the complex perovskite system ceramics comprises the following steps: mixing and ball-milling bismuth oxide(Bi2O3), ferric oxide(Fe2O3), barium carbonate(BaCO3), cupric oxide(CuO), and niobium pentoxide(Nb2O5) powder; calcinating the mixed and ball milled powder; ball-milling the calcinated powder; and sintering the ball-milled powder.
