PURPOSE: A complex grinding apparatus including a multiple rotator and a concavo-convex liner, and a producing method of circulation aggregate for concrete in a dry mode using thereof are provided to obtain the high quality circulation aggregate by securing the intensity of aggregate.;CONSTITUTION: A complex grinding apparatus(100) including a multiple rotator and a concavo-convex liner comprises a crushing unit(1), a roller and liner type grinding unit(2), and a compressing roller type grinding unit(3). The crushing unit includes a hollow crushing tank, a rotary shaft(12) installed inside the crushing tank, a pair of rotating plate with plural grooves separated installed don the rotary shaft, plural hitting pads hitting aggregate by being fixed to the groove of the rotating plates, and more than one inducing rod generating cracks on the aggregate.
