CONCRETE PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE THAT USE CONCRETE BATCHER PLANT AND THE BATCHER PLANT THAT USE CONTINUOUS MIXER

PURPOSE: A batcher plant is provided to save facility cost, and to prevent the counter flow and the leakage of sand, aggregate and concrete by using a continuous type mixer. CONSTITUTION: A batcher plant comprises: a belt conveyor(10) in which sand, aggregate, cement are stacked by being dropped in order with constant interval, transferring the stacked sand, aggregate and cement; a sand hopper part(20), which is arranged on the one side top of the belt conveyor, supplying sand toward the belt conveyor; a first measuring part(30) arranged between the sand hopper part and the belt conveyor, in which sand is stacked by constant thickness on the belt conveyer for transferring; an aggregate hopper part(40) installed on ground, arranged in one side of the sand hopper part, for supplying aggregate toward the belt conveyor; a second measuring part(50) installed between the aggregate hopper part and the belt conveyor, in which aggregate is continuously stacked on the top of sand by dropping aggregate at constant speed.
