PURPOSE: A filial duty practice scholarship operation method and system thereof are provided to offer induce parents to be interested in personality education for children using a child-loving campaign. CONSTITUTION: A donation management server(130) receives child-loving donation using a bank system. A document processing server(140) transmits a filial duty practice scheduler and a filial duty practice evaluation document to a parent terminal. The document processing server receives the filled filial duty practice evaluation document filled from the parent terminal. A filled duty determination server(150) evaluates the filial duty practice of a student based on the filial duty practice evaluation document. A scholarship processing server(160) transfers the filial duty practice scholarship to a student account.
