PURPOSE: A haptic feedback providing apparatus, specific group determination method, social network service providing method, and location based service providing method are provided to offer a haptic feedback according to a bearing phenomenon by connecting portable terminals each other. CONSTITUTION: A determination unit confirms a connection between a first and a second portable terminal and senses a beating phenomenon. When a first frequency is matched with a second frequency, the determination unit does not sense the beating phenomenon. When the first frequency is matched with the second frequency, a third haptic feedback(40) which includes a bigger width than a first and a second haptic feedback(20, 30) is provided. When the first frequency is not matched with the second frequency, the third feedback provides the haptic feedback according to the beating phenomenon.
