PURPOSE: An oil price discount system and method thereof are provided to differentially calculate oil prices by applying discount rates according to calculated eco indexes by calculating the eco indexes.;CONSTITUTION: A vehicle measurement apparatus(10) measures the vehicle information of fuel amounts and current mileage. The vehicle measurement apparatus transmits the vehicle information to a vehicle information transmission apparatus(20) by creating the vehicle information. The vehicle information transmission apparatus transmits the vehicle information to an operation server(100) by requesting the vehicle information.
