PURPOSE: A cross-platform solution and a cross-platform mobile source generating system are provided to enable an operating system to reduce inconvenience for developing a webpage of a mobile terminal by generating a cross-platform mobile source about a webpage. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(220) selects a component outputted on a screen and inputs a specific location of a webpage screen by drag and drop. A processing unit(230) maps content information to the component and sets up event information about the inputted component. A converting unit(240) converts a program language for automatically generating webpage information on a mobile webpage.
