It is an artificial seabed (M) that deposits a large number of block bodies on the seabed and vertically mixes the water masses in the surrounding sea by using algae, sea currents, and internal waves in the sea area. Cone array consisting of three or more cones (c1), (c2) and (c3) is linearly constructed on the seabed, and the distance (L) between the vertices of each cone is the bottom radius of the cone. It is set to 0.75 to 2 times (r). The attack of an inverted triangle formed between the respective cones and the cone surface of each cone can generate a rise flux even in a large depth zone, thereby obtaining an effective rise flux.
