Comprehensive Strategic Planning method for research and development projects

摘要

PURPOSE: A comprehensive strategic planning method for research and development projects is provided to derive the strategies and priorities of an important project. CONSTITUTION: Project technology candidates are derived according to a market environment of a strategic research field using an upward access analyzing unit(S10,S20). Important project candidate groups matched with the aim and vision of a planning research are derived from the derived technology candidates using a downward access analyzer(S30). Project strategies and systems are set according to research content of each subject of the important project candidate groups(S40).
