The aquatic ink temperature controller in gravure printing machine using aquatic ink of this invention can prevent the phenomenon of missing print and enlarging print due to season factors. For maintaining the temperature of the aquatic ink (a) in the ink pool (1) between 15 DEG C to 28 DEG C at which missing print and enlarging print will not occur, a heat exchanger (10) is installed in the ink temperature regulating circulation loop (8), and the heat exchanger (10) utilizes a control circuit (15) to perform feedback control to the driving of a heat source machine (12) according to a signal from a sensor (16), so as to maintain the temperature of the aquatic ink (a) in the ink pool (1) between 15 DEG C to 28 DEG C all the time.
