PURPOSE: Producing method and apparatus of feed using livestock by-products are provided to obtain the feed formed with protein and fat using the livestock by-products obtained from slaughtering processes. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of feed using livestock by-products comprises the following steps: heating the livestock by-products obtained from slaughtering processes using high temperature steam generated from a heater(100); separating micro-powder and oil from the by-products using a separator(200); centrifugal separating the oil; compressing un-filtered solid portions and micro solid portions together to extract oil using an extractor(400); crushing the solid portions using a crusher(500) into powder; and cooling the powder using external air. The heater includes a tank, a heating unit, an inlet, and an outlet.
