PURPOSE: An environment-friendly soil binder composition is provided to conduct excellent afforestation with excellent moisturizing effect through a wet method by a wet mat with foam board and rice husks through a semi-dry afforestation method with a soil binder.;CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly soil binder composition is used as a vegetation mat for affforestation. The vegetation mat consists of 100 weight% of a wet mat.
