Note also that temperature in cutting and reeling tool working zone makes 500…600°C, total stride of both tools makes 0.2…0.4 mm per one revolution of part, cutting depth does not exceed 4 mm, while reeling tool force on surface varies from 1.2 to 1.5 kN.;EFFECT: reduced labor input, higher surface quality.;1 dwg
