The heat protective structure is arranged in the form of a barrier structure that forms a heated cavity near the bottom face of the arc belt, or in the form of a heat protective coating comprising a layer of a heat insulating material and/or a layer of an insulating paint.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase reliability of the dam and to reduce operational expenses.;14 cl, 6 dwg
