FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vertebrology. Method includes dorsal access along deformation and installation of multi-support metallic construction. At the level of middle column of vertebrae on deformation top their partial resection is performed in order to eliminate spinal cord compression and neurologic disorders. Resection is combined with formation of posterior bone unit by laying autotransplants along metallic construction with possibility to ensure stabilisation of obtained correction.;EFFECT: method ensures maximally possible correction of kyphoscoliosis.;2 dwg
