FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of plants Brassica oleracea, resistant to pathogen ring spot (Mycosphaerella brassicicola). The plant Brassica oleracea is described, which contains the gene of resistance to M. brassicicola, isolated from disease-resistant plant, which seeds are deposited in ATCC under number PTA-7413, and located in the genome of a plant in the environment of at least two DNA markers detected with using the specific primers disclosed in the invention. A method for obtaining stable to M. brassicicola plant Brassica oleracea is proposed, including (a) obtaining the first plant B. oleracea which belongs to M. brassicicola-resistant parental line deposited in ATCC under number PTA 7413, (b) hybridisation of a resistant plant obtained at the stage (a) with a susceptible plant second B. oleracea; (c) separation of progeny obtained at the stage (b) of genomic DNA and detection of introgression of resistance gene in the presence of two or more specific DNA markers, the presence of which is detected by means of combinations of primers disclosed during the invention, and (d) selection of progeny of plants B. oleracea, for which the presence of resistance gene introgression was revealed at the stage (c).;EFFECT: obtaining plant Brassica oleracea.;11 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex
