METHOD OF EVALUATION OF DEPENDENCE SYNDROME RELAPSE RISK AFTER FORCED ABSTINENCE FROM DRUGS FOR UNDERAGE MALES

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to addictology. To assess risk of dependence syndrome relapse after forced drug abstinence for underage males, frequency of herpes exacerbation (H), hostility index per Buss-Durkee Hostility Inventory (B), cortisol level (C) identification in blood serum by immunoenzymometric method are performed. Relapse risk is calculated by the formula: Y=-3.85+2.33*H+0.18*B+0.31*C where Y is dependence syndrome relapse risk; H is herpes exacerbation; B is hostility index; C is cortisol level in blood serum; H=1 for exacerbation rate higher than 2 times per year, H=0 for exacerbation rate of 1-2 times per year or none, C=1 for cortisol level in serum over 400 nmol/l, C=0 for cortisol level in serum of 400 nmol/l or less.
