FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and may be applied for treating rectocele. A mucosubmucous layer of rectal lower ampulla is resected and sutured together with a disposable circular stapler. It is combined with plastic repair and fastening of a thinning rectovaginal septum with a grafts made of partially resorbable monofilament mesh consisting of equal portions of prolene and monocryl and keeping levators motionless.;EFFECT: method enables preserving natural anatomo-physiological structures, reducing a risk of cicatricial, inflammatory, purulent complications.
