FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: under narcosis animal's colon lumen is obtured with a fine-pore foam rubber disk. Under the obturation point through a laparotomy incision, the colon is wrapped wit a polyvinyl tube ends of which are delivered on an anterior wall of stomach through additional incisions.;EFFECT: method allows eliminating the obstruction after the studies by removing the polyvinyl tube from the abdominal cavity, maintaining experimental integrity, providing simplicity of the process regulation.;3 dwg
