FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for prevention of hernial complications in patients with obesity in carrying out laparoscopic operations. Laparoscopic operation for primary disease is performed. Tissues are separated from aponeurosis. Endoprosthesis, with applied on it latex tissue glue, is placed on aponeurosis. After application of endoprosthesis blowing with carbon dioxide is performed. Sutures are applied on subcutaneous cellular tissue and skin.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of hernia development, reduce risk of infectious complications.;1 ex
