FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of ophthalmology. By means of ultrasonic biometry, ultrasonic biomicroscopy and B-scanning position of iridolenticular diaphragm, length of anterior surface of iris adhesion to cornea endothelium are determined, distance between posterior surface of iris and anterior surface of lens, distance between equator zone of lens and ciliary body processes are measured, parameters of posterior detachment of vitreous body are determined. If simultaneously fixed are: distance from cornea endothelium to iridolenticular diaphragm on optic eye axis within the interval from 4.38 mm to 4.77 mm, adhesion of anterior surface of iris to cornea endothelium from 1.13 mm to 1.56 mm long, distance between posterior surface of iris and anterior surface of lens within the interval from 0.07 mm to 0.21 mm, distance between equator zone of length and ciliary body processes within the interval from 0.05 to 0.19 mm, complete posterior detachment of vitreous body with height from 2.71 to 5.56 mm is determined, conclusion about presence of indications for ablation of transparent eye lens is made.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine indications for ablation of transparent lens in case of primary closed-angle glaucoma with presence of ciliovitreolenticular unit.;3 ex
