摘要

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology and can be used for determination of skin microcirculation in parotid area in patients with congenital defects of ear and acquired deformities of auricle. Skin microcirculation is examined by means of laser Doppler flowmetry in four points of parotid area: prootic, parotid, upper and lower near the edge of rudimentary or deformed auricle. Microcirculation indices are registered by means of apparatus "LAKK-2" during 10-30 seconds. After that the same indices are examined in the same points on contralateral side, which are taken as the norm. Reduction of microhemoperfusion indices lower than the norm testifies to impairment of tissue trophism in respective point of parotid area.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to specify character of tissue trophism in affected area, which is taken into account in selection of surgery tactics, as well as for selection of adequate tactics of conservative treatment.;5 dwg, 2 ex
