The method involves flushing a plastic pipeline (2) with gaseous or fluid flushing medium with pressure of 10 bar, and supplying the flushing medium through a jetting hose (6) that is guided in the pipeline. The flushing medium is discharged through a ring channel (8) that is formed between the jetting hose and the pipeline or the flushing medium is supplied through the ring channel and discharged through the jetting hose. An electric motor-driven or hydraulic drive is provided for pushing-in and pulling-out of the jetting hose. An independent claim is also included for a cleaning device for cleaning a blocked plastic pipeline of a floor heater.
